On the last day of november, the group of Hultzsch-alumni could welcome its newest member as Leonard Homberg, or should we say Dr. Homberg, successfully defended his PhD thesis. Due to the Corona restrictions, the defensio had to take place online, but this did not seem to be a problem for Leo and he presented his work on base-metal assisted synthesis of amines with flair. We would like to thank Dr. Homberg for all his contributions to the group and congratulate him with his well-earned PhD!
